Teddy recently navigated the sale process for myself and my family from across the country. I moved from the midwest into the Wilmington area earlier this year. I chose Teddy as my agent based on his experience and expertise of Wilmington. Teddy knows the local areas and can give you an honest opinion & facts of the environment in terms of quality of living, market analysts, flood planes, school districts and more. Teddy over delivers with his customers (I was a buyer), each meeting we had Teddy was on time, and had prepared materials for each listing we visited. Teddy was knowledgeable enough to look past cosmetics and the wow factor, which is needed in a good real estate agent. Teddy was able to provide details about the house that normally would have gone unseen (electrical, code standards, appliance life, craftsmanship/quality of work, and more) . Teddy recently handled a purchase and closing for me on a condo. he was able to negotiate with the seller and guide me through the process of purchasing long distance. The whole process was quick and he handled any issues that arose with professionalism.
